For the CDC Board website, the CDC Board Chrome extension and EasyERP AutoLogin. All three are unofficial and student-made; they are not affiliated with IIT Kharagpur.

Email dipeshgoel@kgpian.iitkgp.ac.in with the extension's name and version (shown at chrome://extensions) and what you saw. Never send your ERP password, OTPs, security answers or cookies.

CDC Board extension

Install or update CDC Board from the Chrome Web Store.

• The popup is empty or says you aren't signed in to ERP. Sign in to ERP and open the CDC notice board once; the popup fills in from there.
• No jobs appear. ERP only lists jobs after its job page has been opened: in ERP, open CDC, then Application of Placement/Internship, once.
• "Connect to CDC Board" says the extension isn't allowed to connect. Update the extension to the latest version from the Chrome Web Store, then try again. If it persists, email us.
• No desktop alerts. In the popup's Settings, check that Desktop alerts is on, and that Chrome is allowed to show notifications in your computer's settings.
• Stop sharing. Turn off "Share what I can see" in Settings, or disconnect from the CDC Board.

EasyERP AutoLogin

Signs you in to ERP and keeps you signed in, which the CDC Board extension needs. Install EasyERP AutoLogin from the Chrome Web Store.

• The sign-in page isn't filled. Open the popup: check that your details are saved and that "Fill the sign-in page automatically" is on. Type each security question the way ERP shows it.
• The OTP isn't requested. To protect your account, EasyERP requests an OTP at most once a minute and 3 times in 15 minutes, and waits 15 minutes if ERP refuses one. Request it yourself on ERP if you need it sooner.
• Signed out anyway. The keep-alive stops after 2 hours without activity on ERP, and ERP can still end a session on its own. Sign in again; EasyERP fills the page.
• Remove your saved details. Click "Delete saved login" in the popup, or uninstall the extension.
